Oh my GOD! I can’t believe that 2 years has past. He is such a little man now. He’s been trying to speak more – singing to his cd’s I play in the car. Singing Head, Shoulders, Knees, Toes and knowing where to point. He loves Thomas and trains Super Why on PBS. I can’t get enough of him. I love him so much. My little boy, starting his terrible twos and all.
Grandpa introduced donut holes on his weekly walks with Tyler. Now, I can’t even pass them in the supermarket. He sees them and instantly wants me to open the box. So we give him a treat once in a while. Last week we had a box at the house and gave him 2 donut holes. Brian told him to give me one – so he nicely shared. Then he wanted more. So we again gave him 2 and told him to share with mommy. He had taken a bite out of one so I thought he would give me the other one. Wrong! This smart boy gave me the one with the bite in it!
He’ll be 2 in a week and a half.
Tyler has been learning to fake laugh. He cocks his little head back and laughs as hard as he can. Sometimes he covers his mouth like I do, or bends forward as if whatever he’s laughing at is the most hysterical thing he’s ever heard. It makes me think that he’s becoming a little class clown – and he isn’t even 2 yet!
so, we finally moved into our new apartment. Tyler loves his new room and wants to play in there every second! I must thank my in-laws for all their help moving even though they were sick. And my sister who helped with Tyler during the move. Now if Comcast would be so helpful as to get me service….
So, we were supposed to move into a new apartment this past weekend. The renovations on the new one weren’t ready and we still had time in our current apt, that we agreed to wait until this weekend to move so all would be done. My god, I just agreed to spend another week in a box maze. I have one pair of shoes to wear all week and we packed Tyler’s socks so we had to buy new ones. Luckily we found some at the dollar store. I am so excited about moving into a larger apartment. I’ll post pics once we’re settled.
So, I started a blog. Hopefully I will update regularly. My purpose is to share how Tyler is growing and what he’s doing. I figure this is better than myspace – since I never seem to update my space there anyway. :)
